10 Year Investigation

I can confirm that there had been an illegal investigation running by Police Scotland officers from October 2015 until now. In all this time, they have not found any evidence to back up their whole investigation and it has cost the tax payer in Scotland around £10 million pounds to date. Money that could have been easily spent on other actual legal investigations in Scotland, including that of the major crime that is happening across Scotland right now and Police are not doing much to counter it.

I personally cannot see how they can validate an investigation that not only had no evidence, but made alot of claims against my own mental health that had absolutely NO relevance to the investigation. Also the fact that in an investigation, it is based on surveillance, Police raid, monitoring, evidence and taped interview under caution in a Police Station with a lawyer present.

What the Police actually did, was just a Police raid on a property that had absolutely no connection to the property I had moved out of a few months earlier. They found no evidence, but decided to continue for 10 years at my new property.

They made false allegations where there was never any evidence, incrimination, harrassment, breach of data protection and inciting violence against me in their attempts to provoke a reaction. Is this normal behaviour of Police officers? or does it in reality prove corruption.

I suspected corruption between Drylaw Police officers in Edinburgh and criminals in Granton in Edinburgh, where I was the one the criminals were after, even although it has been 20 years since I was ever connected to the Granton area.

Current Time

At the current time as of 2nd April 2025. I have NOT been Arrested, Charged or Convicted of any crimes of any nature and in any setting in the last 20 years!

ALL investigations or intended investigations HAVE to go through the Police Scotland Complaints department or Procurator Fiscal Ian McSporran KC

Its very interesting that this whole case has spanned 10 years and if there was ANY evidence, then I would have been charged during that time and I never have been!

Nor am I a registered sex offender or Paedophile or any other thing that could be claimed about myself and there has never been any evidence to suggest anything of that nature.

The public should remember that a Police Officer found to be abusing the public office, can face prison sentence of 4 years. So what do you think will happen to a person whom thinks he can do or say whatever he wants!

A persons past (so maybe over 30 years ago!) criminal record is regarded as SPENT under the Rehabilitation Act 1974 and as such has to be disregarded by employers under the law.

I live in Fife in the UK and have nothing to do with any other person with the same name.
